Horrible experience

I ordered the service on Jan 6th. They charged my card $745 the next day. But since they could not establish a driver/provide carrier's information I had to cancel it on Jan 16th(as I had to move out of the city). I was forced to make this decision as I was totally blind on what is happening on their side as their customer service was not very out coming with what is going on. I was informed a few times that there were 2 drivers available in my area and they would get back to me with the details about the driver, but then nobody got back in touch with me. Whenever I called back for information, I was told they will work on it and that was it. So I had to cancel the service.

Still they have not yet refunded my money. I called them several times during early Feb, but still nothing happened. As usual lot of stories, same standard response everytime. So i reported to my bank. Now bank is working with them to get my money back.
Horrible experience.

Please use them at your own risk. Lot of time and money waste.
